All lots sell as is, where is, with all faults. There are no types of guarantees or warranties regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. Inspections are encouraged before bidding. Tryans Auction Services is not responsible for incorrect listing information. Descriptions of all items are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot.

Pickup and Removal:
All items, must be picked up and paid for by 5pm the next day after the auction, unless other arrangements are made. Buyers are responsible for any dismantling of electrical, plumbing, and loading of purchased items.

Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks and Credit Cards. All out of state checks must be accompanied by a irrevocable Bank Letter of Guarantee, unless prior arrangements or previous checks have been submitted to Tryans Auction Services. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. A valid credit card is required to bid.
